Replacement Policy

At Shreyshree, we take great care to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement, subject to the following terms:

 


 

1. Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement only if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing flaw.

  • An incorrect product, size, or design has been delivered compared to your order.

  • The request for replacement is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please note: Products purchased during sales, custom orders, and made-to-measure items are not eligible for replacement unless found damaged or incorrect.

 


 

2. Conditions for Acceptance

To initiate a replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Clear images or unboxing videos showing the defect/damage must be shared with our team for verification.

  • Our team must validate and approve the issue before the replacement is processed.

 


 

3. Replacement Process

  1. Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@shreyshree.com with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Our support team will verify the concern within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable or request you to courier the product back to us.

  4. A replacement will be shipped once the returned product passes quality checks.

 


 

4. Non-Replacement Scenarios

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Size issues due to incorrect measurements provided during custom orders.

  • Minor color variation due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Products reported after the 48-hour window.

  • Damage due to improper handling or washing by the customer.

 


 

5. Shipping for Replacement

  • Reverse pickup (if available in your area) will be arranged free of charge for eligible issues.

  • If a reverse pickup is not possible, you may be requested to courier the product to us. On successful inspection, courier charges will be reimbursed as store credit (up to a specified limit).
