At Shreyshree, we are committed to delivering your favorite styles in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order and customized garments may take 7–14 business days to process. You will be notified of extended timelines at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (India): 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (subject to availability and location).

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, public holidays, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS so you can monitor your order’s journey in real-time.

5. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • Shreyshree is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or customs clearance processes.

  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will attempt a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

6. Packaging

  • All garments are carefully packed with tissue and garment covers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

7. International Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges must be borne by the customer.
